How do I get my membership rights back?
Pay the balance in full — rights suspended for unpaid assessments are restored automatically, with no application needed.
Can I appeal a suspension of my membership rights?
Yes — you can appeal to the Board, but for an assessment suspension you must show good cause, and the Board decides what counts.
I bought on a land contract — am I a member?
Yes — as the land contract buyer you hold the membership and the access rights, and the seller does not.
How does the Association know I own my lot?
Your name has to appear on a deed, a land contract, or another ownership document recorded with the Clare County Register of Deeds.
