BY-LAWS
Below, you will find our bylaws, which serve as the foundational rules and guidelines for our association as to how the Association is legally structured, how Covenants bind the deeded properties, rights of Membership, voting rights, etc.
RULES & REGULATIONS
In order to assure all property owners, their families, and guests, the right to the use of the commonly held facilities, the Board of Directors of Lake of the Pines Association has developed the Rules and Regulations presented in this document. These Rules and Regulations are for all members, their families, and their guests, pursuant to the provisions of our Restrictive Covenants and By-Laws.
ARCHITECTURAL STANDARDS
The Architectural Committee oversees all construction projects within Lake of the Pines. They review site plans, permits, zoning, and ensure all structures being constructed within the Association maintain the common aesthetic while also adhering to local and state ordinances. This includes: houses, accessory buildings, garages, sheds, or any other above grade structure.
