Am I a member of the Association?
If you own a platted lot in any of the Lake of the Pines subdivisions, you are a member — membership comes with owning the lot and is not something you can join separately.
What does "member in good standing" mean?
You are in good standing when you have no past-due annual or special assessments on any lot you own.
I own two lots — do I get two memberships?
No — owning several lots gives you one membership, but you get one vote for each lot you own.
What happens if my assessments go unpaid?
Your membership rights are suspended for as long as any assessment stays unpaid, and they come back automatically when it is paid.
